Vending spaces are limited inside the Hawgs of Texas Motorcycle Rally.
We offer outside large vending areas with or without electric. Most of these areas are 30 to 40 foot deep, allowing camp behind space.
We also offer covered inside hall vending spaces 10, 20, and 30 foot areas. All these areas are 20 foot deep. There is no food vending allowed in the inside hall vending areas.

Vending rules Vendors are responsible for all insurance and certificates to cover their vending. Vendors have three days prior to set up vending areas before the gates open. No vendor will be set after dark on any day. Vendors are responsible for cleaning and maintaining their areas at all times. Vending purchase must be paid in full prior to setup. Any and All animals must be kept within your space and on a leash at all times. Vendors are responsible for all gray water and grease disposal in a proper manner. Vendors that leave a mess behind will not be allowed return to this event, and we will post pictures and the names of such vendors that do this. Leaving a mess is just downright rude in any event. If a problem arises please contact a vendor representative and allow us to help resolve the issue. Vendors that wish to have a name drop from the stage needs to fill out a 3x5 card with the vending name and give it to the vending rep. upon arrival. Vendors are not promised a name drop from stage. ALL OTHER COMMON SENSE RULES APPLY TEXAS LAW APPLIES TO THIS EVENT. This is a rain or shine Event. Refunds will not be made 30 days prior to event dates for any reason. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
