Will I be mailed a ticket?
NO,
Tickets sold online or by phone will be put at the gate will call area for you to pick up.
All tickets purchased online or by phone will be put on the will call list and waiting for you at the front gate area.
No tickets will be mailed out.
You need the information in the e-mail
that was sent to you when you purchased the ticket on-line,
or you will need to have your I.D. to pick the ticket/tickets up that are purchased by phone sales.


Can I let someone pick up my ticket or tickets?
Yes, but they must have your confirmation e-mail printed to give to the will call area and show a valid I.D..
If the ticket was purchased by phone sales they will need all the information given to you by the person that took your order with their valid I.D. to pick up the ticket/tickets.

Can I purchase a ticket at the gate?
Yes, tickets will be sold at the gate until the park reaches capacity
or until we close the gates.


Is free tent camping allowed in reserved areas?
No.. You can only tent camp in a reserved area
if you are with the reserving party that rented that area.


Can I bring my dog/Animal?
Yes, However, it is your responsibility to keep your animal on a leash and out of other peoples spaces at all times.
This is a must for the safety of the animal and the bikers in the park.
Any animals running free will be removed from the park at the owners expense for boarding and care of the animal.
There will also be a $250.00 handling fee that will apply to have the animal returned to the owner.


Can I buy a ticket and vend items in the park?
NO.......... Vending in the rally without permission
is NOT ALLOWED and you will be escorted out of the park
if you are caught vending anything without permission
from the Hawgs of Texas and/or Welch Park without refunds of any kind.


Where can I get information at the rally?
You can visit the information / check in tent that is located
close to the Front Gate Area.


If I need help at the rally where do I go?
We have policing officers all over the rally.
You can also go to any stage area.
There is also a Medical Area set up that can help
in case of a Medical Emergancy located at the boat ramp going inside the Zoo area.


Is there a map showing the RV sites?
At this time there is no map for RV sites.
We are working on a map but to do a map of this size takes a lot of time
and may take us awhile to get something like this online for you to see.
There is a general area map that may help you out.
You can find the link to that map on the entry page of this site.


Where can I get my RV pumped out when I need to?
There is a pumper truck inside the rally,
you can go to the front gate and request the trucks services
for a small fee they will offer pumping services.


Where can I try to retrieve or turn in something that was lost or found?
You can turn found items into the information / check in tent,
that is located close to the Front Gate,
or you can inquire about a lost item there.
Hawgs of Texas takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.


What if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event and the rally will go on unless a act of GOD stops it.
Always Expect the Unexpected.
Hawgs of Texas takes no responsibility for acts of GOD.


What laws apply to this rally?
ALL LAWS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS APPLY TO THIS RALLY.
Hawgs of Texas will not be liable for any person breaking the law.


Is there shower areas at the park?
Yes, and there is a shower trailer that will be parked in the park for your shower needs.
Shower tickets can be purchased at the front gate
or
the information / check in tent, and at the shower trailer.


Is this park smaller?
NO... This park offers us more useable area and more room to grow.
380 acres most all useable land.
We have increased the amount of road frontage sites that are available in the park
and increased the size of the sites for your enjoyment.


Where can I sign up for games and contest at the rally?
You can go to the Bar Stage in the main festival area.
This is where the Bike Games and Bike Shows will be held.
You can also go to the Zoo Stage for games and contest that will be held in the Zoo area for sign up.
Contest will also be held inside the Bar Tent.
You can get Bar Contest information and sign up sheets for Bar activities at the Bar Tent.
You will also find registration forms posted on this site for somethings that will be held inside the rally.


How will I know what bands are playing and when?
You can print a event schedule from our website.
It is located on the Event Concerts page of this site.
We will also have a limited amount of schedules to hand out at the rally INFORMATION /CHECK IN TENT LOCATED CLOSE TO THE FRONT GATE.
We will announce shows from stages.
We will also have bullhorn announcements inside the rally.


Will there be Portable Restroom?
Yes. Portable Restroom will be sporadically located all over the park area.
You can also rent your own personal one.

with your payment information and your order no later than April 1, 2010.


Can I rent a golf cart at the rally?
Yes. But there will be a limited amount of carts allowed for rental from the golf cart vendor that is located at the front gate information / check in area.
Hawgs of Texas does not rent golf carts. You need to visit the golf cart vendor tent if there is one to rent a cart.


Can I rent a RV at the rally?
NO. You need to call a RV rental service to rent a RV.


Can we bring our children?
Hawgs of Texas recommends that this rally is for no one under the age of 18 years old.
Hawgs of Texas does not indorse or encourage you to bring children to this Biker Rally Event for safety reason above all others.
All ticket prices apply to all ages and there is no discounts for under 18 entry.
This rally has adult content, games, and activities.
All persons under the age of 18 must be managed by the parent
with all the proper legal papers in hand to be allowed in the park.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed to be roaming around without legal adult supervision required by law for minors.
We again do not indorse bringing your under age minor to this rally for any reason.
Hawgs of Texas takes no liability for this act of parenting.
Under age drinking will not be allowed inside the rally.



Can I rent a RV site at the front gate?
Yes, if there is one available for rental at that time.


Can I bring my ATV to the rally?
No, nothing with handle bars and four wheels is allowed inside the rally.
Only Golf carts and Mules with lights and steering wheels can be used at the rally.


When can I set my vending booth up?
Vending areas can be set up three days prior to the rally gates opening.
All vendors are responsible for setting up their own areas.
No vendor will be allowed to run their RVs off of the vending areas electric during vending hours 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m
so bring your generators to run your RVs.
All vendors must make sure that they do not infringe on the vendor next to them.
This is a rain or shine event so please try to plan for it.
If you bring your animals to the rally you must keep the animal inside you space, do not let your animal enter another vendors space.
All other rules for animals will apply.
If you will be late and cannot get in until Wednesday there may be a delay in setting you up.
So you will need to be understanding of the issues.
NO VENDOR WILL BE SET UP AFTER DARK ON ANY DAY.


Can I dump my gray water on the ground?
No, Gray water must be contained.
There is a dumping station located in the park.
You can get more information on this at the information / check in tent.


Can I drive my truck or car in the rally at night?
Cars and Trucks must be parked from dusk till dawn everyday inside the park.
The only time a car or truck should be on the park roads is if you are leaving the rally or returning to park.
You can get more information on this at the information / check in tent.
Cars and Trucks are not allowed to drive in any stage area.
THERE IS PARKING AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED AMOUNT
OF CARS AND TRUCKS INSIDE THE PARK.
