TERMS AND RULE INFORMATION TO RALLY PATRONS

The ticket you purchase is a license which may be revoked for any reason with or without a refund of the purchase price by H.O.T..
By your use of this license ticket you agree that you will not transmit or aid in transmitting
and recording , description, account, picture, or reproductions of the event.
By your use of this license ticket, you consent to the use of your image
or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display, or other transmission or reproduction of the event.
You also agree to adhere to any rules and regulations that apply to Welch Park and/or H.O.T. .
Violations of house rules and regulations can result in removal from the Event and revocation of this license ticket
without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price and/or
any area accommodation rental fees for the event inside Welch Park.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR PURCHASE AND USE OF THE TICKET AND/OR MERCHANDICE ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK,
AND YOU ASSUME ALL RISK INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT TO WHICH THE TICKET ADMITS YOU.
H.O.T. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR ANY MATTER ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT,
THE PURCHASE AND/OR USE OF THE TICKET OR MERCHINDICE.
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD H.O.T. AND/OR IT'S AGENTS, MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYEES, AND /OR PERFORMERS, HARMLESS
FROM AND AGAINIST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, SUITS, DAMAGES, LIABILITYS, COST, AND EXPENSES,
INCLUDING AND NOT LIMITED TO REASONABLE ATTORNEYS FEES, RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR PURCHASE
AND/OR USE OF THE TICKET OR MERCHANDISE.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DESTROYED TICKETS OR MERCHINDISE.
All service charges and handling fees are also non-refundable.

RAIN POLICY AND CANCELLED EVENTS; All tickets for cancelled events and outdoor events are NON-REFUNDABLE, even in cases of inclement weather, unless the venue officially closes due to public safety reasons. It is the purchasers sole responsibility to check with the facility venue box office or event / show producer for possible exchange. You are representing that you are not a bulk purchaser or whole seller and that the ticket will not be resold or otherwise transferred in violation of applicable laws and regulations. It is solely the purchasers responsibility to comply with all applicable laws that relate to the resale or transfer of the ticket. All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket. There will be one person admitted per ticket. If there is multiple tickets with the same identification code, only the first person to arrive at the event with the ticket will be admitted.
Patrons of this event are under Texas State Laws inside the event.

Hawgs of Texas does not recommend patronage to this biker rally under the age of 18 due to safety issues.


ALL UNDERAGE PERSONS MUST BE IN THE COMPANY OF A LEGAL ADULT GARDIAN AT ALL TIMES(WITHIN 6 FEET).
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING WILL BE TOLERATED ON PREMISES.
NO FOUR WHEEL VEHICALS ALLOWED ON ROADS IN THE PARK AFTER DARK.
NOTHING BIGGER THAN GOLF CARTS , MULES, AND MOTORCYCLES ARE ALLOWED AFTER DARK ON PARK ROADS INSIDE WELCH PARK FOR SAFETY ISSUES TO RIDERS).

NO PARKING ON DAM WILL BE ALLOWED AT ANYTIME AND MAY RESULT IN A TICKET BEING ISSUED FROM LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.
THE DAM IS NOT PART OF WELCH PARK.
