ALL SPACES GO ON SALE IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2010 FOR THE 2011 H.O.T. VENUE.
ALL DEPOSITS TO HOLD A SPACE MUST BE IN BY DECEMBER 31, 2010 AND FULL PAYMENT FOR THE SPACE MUST BE PAID BEFORE MARCH 15,.
ANY SPACE SOLD AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2010 MUST ACCOMPANY FULL SPACE PAYMENT TO RESERVE THAT SPACE.

Space pricing as follows
10 foot frontage = $450.00
20 foot frontage = $650.00
30 foot frontage = $750.00
40 foot frontage = $850.00
60 foot frontage = $1000.00
80 foot frontage = $1200.00
100 foot frontage = 1400.00
Please understand that spaces are limited and waiting to get a space may result in no availability.
We deeply regret having to turn you away, but we have no choice because spaces are limited.
So please get your space on the books by caling us in August 2010 for the 2011 Rally.
IF YOU BRING YOUR PET TO THE RALLY,
you must keep your pet inside your area at all times.
Any animal running freely will be removed from park by our animal control.
AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE
You can call between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
for any questions concerning vending at the H.O.T. Rally.
Vendor setup is on April 24, 25, or 26, 2011.
ELECTRIC WILL BE TURNED ON TUESDAY APRIL 26TH.
No one will be set up after dark on any day.

ON MARCH 16TH ANY UNPAID SITE ON THE BOOKS WILL BE SOLD TO WAITING LIST VENDORS
IF YOU HAVE NOT CALLED AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THAT RESERVED SPACE TO BE HELD.
YOU NEED TO CALL CAROL NOW TO SECURE YOUR DEPOSIT AND SPACE.
ALL SPACES ARE SOLD BY VENDING FRONTAGE WIDTH ONLY.
WE HAVE 10 FOOT, 20 FOOT, 30 FOOT, 40 FOOT, 60 FOOT, 80 FOOT, AND 100 FOOT FRONTAGES.
If your self contained accomidation unit does not fit in your vending area
you will need to reserve a area for your accomidations. Only self contained areas are available behind the vending grounds for vendors.
No electrical cords can be ran across the road at anytime.
You need to bring your generators for your RVs or accomidation units.
No RVs or accomidation units will be allowed to run off vendor electric boxes during opening hours of vending.
